Because all of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a problem with the item itself.

📦 Damages & Issues

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at probotanicalshop@gmail.com. Be sure to include a description of the issue and clear photos so we can resolve it quickly.

If your claim is approved, we’ll send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

❗ Non-Returnable Items

As all items are custom-made just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Buyer’s remorse (e.g., change of mind)

• Wrong size or color ordered

• Any item not damaged or misprinted

Please double-check your order details before checking out.

🌍 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you may be eligible to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the item has not been used or worn and is in its original packaging. Please note this does not apply to custom or personalized products, which includes most of our catalog.
